There’s a lot of anecdotal evidence to support the claims that CBD is great for anxiety, depression, and PTSD, and studies have already proven that CBD works for these issues in mice, but of course, mice aren’t people. What dosage of CBD oil do you recommend for a good nights sleep? I have absolutely NO physical reason for not being able to sleep and my dr. says I do not have depression, probably anxiety.
