oday is that day. Google has announced general support for Brand Indicators (BIMI) for message identification in Gmail. We've been looking forward to this day for almost a year when Google first announced BIMI's pilot program.

But one thing that hasn't changed is and the value it brings to everyone in the email ecosystem.
As one of the first members of the AuthIndicators Working Group , a committee of companies that help develop BIMI standards , validity has been deeply involved with Google's BIMI pilots. With the public announcement, Google has joined BIMI support for Yahoo and Fastmail, making BIMI available in approximately 2 billion inboxes. Google's announcement, which accounts for 43% of the market share of email services, is a huge leap forward in adopting BIMI, providing a great opportunity for senders to stand out in their inbox and get their attention.
